Enterprise ICT Fit-Out — New HQ Complex, Zenith Bank
Jude Elswitch Limited was selected as the ICT infrastructure integrator for Zenith Bank's new headquarters complex — a 21-storey tower in Lagos Island. The engagement covered the complete structured cabling backbone, active networking, unified communications, and physical security layers for approximately 2,800 workstations across all floors.
Deliverables included: 14,000 ports of Category 6A structured cabling to ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 standard across all occupied floors; OM4 fibre backbone inter-connecting all comms rooms to the rooftop MDF; a Cisco Catalyst 9400 series core switching layer with 100G uplinks; Cisco Meraki access-layer switching and cisco wireless (Wi-Fi 6E) across all floors; 350-camera IP CCTV system with a 90-day NVR retention cluster; multi-factor access control on all restricted zones using HID FARGO card management; VoIP telephony (Cisco CUCM) for 3,000 extensions; and a 3-year SLA managed services agreement covering NOC monitoring, on-site break-fix (4-hour SLA), and quarterly reviews.
The project has since been cited as a benchmark for bank headquarters ICT deployments in Nigeria by the CBN IT team.
